Chuck, this is what I've done with my car up to this point. I should have it tuned in the next week or so.

As for exhaust I have a Airmass Comp-blue header, and a Pacesetter exhaust (Okay don't laugh). I just couldn't justify 600 for an exhaust I might hate. I doesn't sound too bad, it's quiet at cruise and bolted up real nice. No rust here in Florida, which ain't too bad. I have a generic custom cut short ram, via a hack saw, and the JRSC. I'll be adding AEM cam gears to see if it helps, and the Cartech, all when I get to the dyno. I have a BTC, but I don't have any pinging so it might stay off until I crank up the boost to 8 psi via a Crv pulley. I think I'll add 270 injectors at the same time.....

    Ok... here's what I'm packin...

JRSC@9psi via Endyn stepper (LARRY SUCKS wink
    JR BTC
    Walbro 342
    DC Header
    DC Exhaust
    DC Short Ram (cut)
    Venom 270's
TOO FPR Modification (LARRY SUCKS AGAIN tongue
    colder thermo and 1.1 cap

I just got my JR MAP Modifier. I have bad tip in detonation, regardless of fuel pressures... hopefully, this black box will fix it.

The key in my setup was lowering my fuel pressures... they were sky high (Holden repremanded me for this) and making me run RICH. Anyway, the car is running very well at this point... all stock internals.

I don't have cam gears, due to lack of a dyno in the area to tune with (and a competent Honda tuner).

Don't sweat the header/exhaust... as long as they are larger than stock, you will see the kind of flow that forced induction likes. Sure, Kamakaze and DC are the most popular, but if it works, cool.

The best thing about the BTC is the fuel savings. Definitely install it. Remember, you can't hear detonation sometimes. Mines set to 3 clicks, more if it's hot.

    Lessons I've learned:
It's way easier to buy a pulley from Endyn than screw with the blower. The install is a bitch (the alternator sucks)but definitely worth it.

An RS/LS at 9psi can run with a 6psi GSR (use 3rd gear to your advantage)

The TOO fuel mod rules. Free, best bang for buck. This way I don't think I need the cartech! (waiting for flames)

I run Sunoco 94 by the way.

    Chuck

Chuck, with the blower I've been my average mileage is 30, so I'm not sure how much more I can save. Also I forgot to mention, the new test pipe, 342 fuel pump.
I've gotta get wheels, tires and struts too. Right now it's ridin' stock.

What kind of plugs do you have in your car. Mine are stock and I haven't heard any detonation yet. I'll prob install the BTC if I bump up the boost some more.

By the way how much did the pulley cost?

    Gotta run.

I run NGK ZFR-6's (one step colder). I am going to pull them this weekend to see what they look like.

The GSR guys seem to be running the 7's.

I paid $150 for the stepper pulley.
